As Creative Director at The Saltworks Company, I led high-performing campaigns across paid media and influencer strategy. I produced a top 10% CTR TikTok ad hook and directed a separate campaign that generated 10M+ impressions and drove £100K+ in reinvestment. In the same time, managing a team of 30 creators monthly, overseeing influencer marketing across UK and Poland.





Deenable Tools
I joined Deenable as their Social Media Manager after initially supporting the brand with product photography. In under two months, I drove over 3+ million impressions and grew their TikTok following to nearly 30,000 through targeted content strategy and platform-native execution.
Crescent Days
My work with Crescent Days began with a single UGC video that became their most successful campaign across their entire creator roster. A few months later, the founder personally invited me to join the team as their Influencer Marketing Manager. In this role, I was responsible for sourcing and managing top-tier creative talent to represent the UK’s leading supplement brand—ensuring alignment with brand values, campaign goals, and audience engagement.
